1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and KampungBet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://kampungbet.cam (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through KampungBet, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional activities. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with KampungBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. KampungBet enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to be held by a person under this age will be immediately terminated and all associated balances forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of KampungBet, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account terminated by KampungBet for rule violations.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, KampungBet requires all account holders to complete identity verification. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent)
• Proof of payment method ownership for the deposit and withdrawal methods linked to your account
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team

KampungBet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of satisfactory KYC checks. Accounts that fail to pass verification may be closed and any balance returned to the verified payment source.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KampungBet will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. 5 Terms of Use

Your access to and use of the KampungBet Platform is subject to the following conditions. By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any automated software, robot, crawler, scraper, or other means to access, extract, or monitor any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from KampungBet.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any server, database, or system forming part of the Platform's infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit platform mechanics or manipulate outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts, shared accounts, or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or promotional eligibility rules.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity under Malaysian law or applicable international law.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner. KampungBet reserves the right to void any bets placed in exploitation of such errors.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other account management process.

KampungBet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

KampungBet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, USDT TRC20, BTC, and 7-Eleven Cliq. Minimum deposit thresholds and maximum limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source. KampungBet does not accept deposits from prohibited jurisdictions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. Processing timeframes are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval
• Direct Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): Typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC): Subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–45 minutes

KampungBet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times beyond the above estimates. In all cases, KampungBet will notify the account holder of any delay and its reason.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

KampungBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the general terms set out below, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Progress towards satisfying wagering requirements is tracked in real time in the Player's account dashboard.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates for each game category are stated within the relevant promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a defined expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn upon expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount a Player may withdraw from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at ten times (10x) the original bonus value, or as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is eligible to claim any given promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture and account review.
• KampungBet's Discretion: KampungBet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline bonus claims or void associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is identified.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the KampungBet Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply in addition to these general provisions and are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are subject to the odds, lines, and conditions displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is final and binding subject to the voiding conditions set out below.
• KampungBet reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to specific markets, or set maximum winning caps on a per-event or per-player basis at its sole discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or data error, KampungBet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account. KampungBet will not be liable for losses arising from such errors.
• For live betting markets, bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event or incident has occurred will be voided at KampungBet's discretion.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond 24 hours from the scheduled start time, or venue change that materially affects the event, KampungBet's standard event-specific rules will apply and are published in the sports betting rules section.
• KampungBet utilises random number generation (RNG) technology for relevant casino games. All RNG-based games are periodically audited for fairness. Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed at each table.
• Any malfunctions in the gaming system render all bets void. No liability will be accepted by KampungBet for gaming system failures where the outcome cannot be independently verified.

9 Responsible Gambling

KampungBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the wellbeing of our players. We provide the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible immediately through account settings without any cooling-off period for reductions:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications after defined periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account access restriction for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request exclusion for periods from 6 months to permanent. During self-exclusion, the account is frozen, marketing is suppressed, and re-registration is refused.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the KampungBet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the property of KampungBet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of KampungBet's trademarks, trade names, or service marks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KampungBet, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

KampungBet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published on the Platform.

Gambling involves financial risk. KampungBet expressly disclaims any liability for losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity. Players participate in all games and betting markets at their own risk. KampungBet's maximum liability to any Player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that Player in the preceding 30 days.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

KampungBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering purposes
• The account holder is in breach of any provision of these Terms
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age
• Continued operation of the account would expose KampungBet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
• The account holder has submitted a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, KampungBet reserves the right to retain any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. Where closure is initiated by the Player in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within 5–10 business days.

13 Amendments to Terms

KampungBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes — including clarifications, grammatical corrections, and updates required for legal compliance — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction under which KampungBet is operated and licensed.

Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that local laws regarding online gambling may differ and it is their responsibility to comply with all applicable local regulations.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, the records held by KampungBet's systems shall be considered the authoritative record, subject to proven technical error.
